  • Register For MISD Summer Learning Camps Today!

    Manor, TX (May 2, 2021) - This summer we have prepared some exciting new opportunities for our scholars, and we hope you are as excited as we are! It isn’t your typical summer, and this isn’t your typical summer school experience either. We invite you to explore our summer learning camps which are open to all scholars in Manor ISD. Learning should be fun! We hope that you will join us this summer in some accelerated learning.

  • Scholars Can Now Return to Campus Anytime; Virtual Instruction Continues

    Manor, TX (April 29, 2021) - Previously scholars were only allowed to return to their designated campus by completing a determination form at the start of every six or nine-week grading period. Last week, I shared with you that we welcome all scholars back to campus. I’m happy to share with families that our scholars can now attend in-person instruction at any time.

  • Manor Senior High Track Star Breaks 22 Year Old Record

    Manor, TX (April 29, 2021) - MSHS 11th grade scholar, Che Nwabuko secured his spot at the State Track Meet and broke the long-standing school record for the 200-meter dash.

  • Updated Graduation Rehearsal and Ticket Pick-up Dates

    Manor, TX (April 28, 2021) - The Senior Class of 2021 will participate in graduation rehearsals at shoreline church on Tuesday, May 25, and Wednesday, May 26. Transportation will be provided to and from each campus for rehearsal. All Seniors must participate in graduation rehearsal, where they will receive their graduation tickets and a Manor ISD Branded face mask. We appreciate your understanding as there was a delay in the ticket delivery process.

  • Manor ISD Scholars Involved in Accident on 973

    MANOR, TX (April 27, 2021) — Today, Manor ISD Central Administration was notified of seven Manor Senior High School scholars who were involved in a head-on collision on FM 973 at approximately 2 a.m. this morning.

  • Weekend Meal Packs Now Available Through MISD Curbside Service

    Manor, TX (April 26, 2021) - The Manor ISD Food and Nutrition Services are now offering 3-day meal packs to be picked up on Fridays at all curbside locations. These meal packs contain breakfast and lunch needs for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

  • Manor ISD Summer Fine Arts Camps

    Manor, TX (April 26, 2021) - Manor ISD Fine Arts Department is hosting their Annual Summer Fine Arts Camps for Elementary scholars grades 2nd through 5th and middle school. Two camps will be offered on June 21st through June 24th or July 12th through July 15th. Elementary scholars will get to explore their passion for music and art and middle school scholars will learn about acting, stage movement, and costume design through the production of Winnie The Pooh.

  • Manor ISD Cancels Prom 2021

    MANOR, TX (April 24, 2021) — As always, Manor ISD will put the safety of our scholars and staff first. When Manor ISD Central Administration discovered that the Manor Senior High School Prom had been scheduled, we immediately took action to ensure the safety of our scholars and staff. Unfortunately, the appropriate procedures were not followed regarding the organization of school-based events. The district will not allow anyone to compromise the safety measures that are put in place to keep our scholars and staff safe.

    Manor, TX (April 23, 2021) - The Manor Mustang and New Tech Titan Girls and Boys Track teams have dominated the competition at the Area Track Meet! The teams will be participating in the Regional Track Meet on Friday, April 23rd and Saturday, April 24th.

  • MECHS Scholar Featured On NPR Podcast

    Manor, TX (April 15, 2021) - Manor Early College High School ninth grade scholar, Johnique “J.T.” Thomas was featured during a recent NPR podcast interview titled “As the End of the Pandemic Becomes Real, Here’s What People are Dreaming About.” The podcast featured seven people from across the country with ages ranging from 15 to 65 years old – J.T. being the youngest.

  • Class of 2021: Graduation Announcement

    Manor, TX (April 2, 2021) - Manor ISD will host an in-person graduation, Tuesday, June 1, 2021, at Shoreline Church located at 15201 Burnet Rd, Austin, TX 78728. All seniors in Manor ISD will have the opportunity to participate in the 2021 Commencement Exercises. Each scholar will receive a limited number of guest tickets to attend the graduation ceremony. All Graduations will be live-streamed to allow scholar’s friends, family, and the Manor ISD community to watch the Class of 2021 graduate.

  • Manor High School One-Act Play Advances to Bi-District Competition For The First Time Since 2009

    Manor, TX (April 1, 2021) - The cast of Manor High School’s (MHS) One Act Play, Small Mouth Sounds by Bess Whol competed in the University Interscholastic League’s (UIL) One-Act Play District level competition on March 12th and achieved five individual awards. The team then advanced on to the Bi-District level competition on March 25th and earned four individual awards.

  • Fellowship of Christian Athletes Coach of the Year Award

    Manor, TX (April 1, 2021) - Brian Marshall's coaching career spans the past 14 years and stands out to his student-athletes the most through his work with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA). During the COVID-19 pandemic, it has been a priority for Marshall to keep his student-athletes involved in FCA. Coach Marshall continued to host virtual meetings and participation in the FCA program grew even in spite of a number of issues faced during this year. His efforts to keep the meetings scheduled and student-athletes engaged are only a few reasons why Coach Marshall was selected for the FCA Coach of the Year Award.
